What are open box items?
These are items that have been returned to us, within our 7-day return policy, and relisted once inspected to ensure all packaging is intact, and the items are in excellent condition.
Are these items damaged, faulty or missing anything?
Before relisting items, we ensure they are ‘as new’, meaning no faults or damage, and have all the original accessories and content.
Do they still come with a warranty?
Warranty on these items will be as normal.
Can I return an open box item?
Yes, however, it will be subject to a restocking fee as per our T & C’s
How long after I place my order will it be shipped out?
Items marked as in stock with Techfox dispatch within 24 hours.
Items marked as in stock with supplier means they’re ordered in from the supplier, and typically dispatch in 2 – 5 days.
How long will it take to arrive?
Delivery varies by region. Please see below for estimates based on area.
When does delivery take place?
Delivery will normally take place from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been assigned to the courier, an email with tracking information will be sent.
