DELIVERY & DISPATCH
The tracking number for your order is in included in the confirmation once your items are ready for dispatch.

Delivery generally takes between 3- 5 days from time of dispatch depending on the delivery address.
Delivery is charged at a flat rate fee of R120.
RETURNS & RMA
If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund, less the delivery costs.
Please note that in order to receive a refund the items must be returned;
– within 7 days from the date of invoice
– unopened & without damage to the packaging/seals
Unfortunately, we are unable to credit items older than 7 days.
Should your item be faulty, please see our Warranty & RMA section.
Sadly, DOA (Dead on arrival) items do happen, but it doesn’t have to be an unpleasant experience.
In the unfortunate event your items arrive with a fault, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for collection and get it sorted for you as soon as possible.
All courier costs will be covered by us.
Should your item become faulty, please contact us and we’ll assist you with the return process. Some manufacturers will have their own system where they will collect and do the return themselves, but in every other case Techfox will handle this and get you back up and running in no time.
Should the item become faulty within a 30 day period, we will cover all delivery costs both ways. Outside of that, we ask you please send it us with all original packaging and content.
Unfortunately not. Credit Card processing comes at a very high fee and by removing these costs, we can offer lower prices and better value.
