Q: How do I track my order?

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Delivery varies by region. Please see below for estimates based on area.

  • Cape Town: 1 – 2 Working Days
  • Main Centres: 2 – 4 Working Days
  • Regional Areas: 3 – 5 Working Days
  • Remote Areas: 5 – 7 Working Days

Q: What is the lead time for orders to be dispatched from Techfox?

  • Items marked as in stock with Techfox will generally be dispatched with 24 hours.
  • Items marked as in stock with the supplier will generally be dispatched in 2 – 5 days.

Q: How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is calculated at checkout, and on average ranges between R85 and R100 based on location. Heavier items such as cases and large monitors may have an extra cost added due to the additonal weight.

Q: Can I insure my order?

Optional insurance is available during checkout. By default, all orders are insured up to R1000, whereas the insured option will cover the full amount should anything happen during transit with the courier.

Q: Am I able to collect my order?
