Q: How long does delivery take?
Delivery varies by region. Please see below for estimates based on area.
- Cape Town: 1 – 2 Working Days
- Main Centres: 2 – 4 Working Days
- Regional Areas: 3 – 5 Working Days
- Remote Areas: 5 – 7 Working Days
Q: What is the lead time for orders to be dispatched from Techfox?
- Items marked as in stock with Techfox will generally be dispatched with 24 hours.
- Items marked as in stock with the supplier will generally be dispatched in 2 – 5 days.
Q: How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated at checkout, and on average ranges between R95 and R175 based on location and size/weight. Heavier items such as large cases, monitors, chairs, etc. may have an extra cost added due to the additional weight.
Q: Can I insure my order?
Optional insurance is available during checkout. By default, all orders are insured up to R1000, whereas the insured option will cover the full amount should anything happen during transit with the courier.
Q: Am I able to collect my order?
